Pricing · Fully managed

Managed security, priced to the engagement.

This is the whole program, run by Rampart Cybersecurity LLC. There is no rate card; the price is scoped to your environment and the risk you carry. One team is accountable for the outcome, the cost carries nothing hidden in the fine print, and the work comes with evidence that your risk is coming down.

How managed security is priced

A premium bill for a service that mostly forwards alerts.

Managed security is billed like a utility. The retainer is the visible number, and the rest arrives as separate line items once the contract is signed: onboarding, log and data overages, incident-response retainers, escalation clauses, and the annual uplift. Gartner cautions that as managed-security providers adopt AI, the savings tend to stay with the vendor. What the premium buys is often noise. The Microsoft and Omdia State of the SOC study finds 46 percent of security alerts are false positives and 42 percent never investigated, and the 2025 SANS survey found false positives to be the single biggest detection problem for 73 percent of organizations. A service sold as an extension of your team frequently turns out to forward those alerts back to you. Gartner now treats seeing a threat through to containment as the baseline expectation of the category, beyond simply flagging it. When an IT provider and a security provider both touch a problem, accountability blurs.

The retainer is the visible number. Onboarding, overages, escalation, and renewal are billed separately, and surface only after the contract is signed.

How we price it

Scoped in full, with one team accountable.

Rampart Cybersecurity LLC prices a managed engagement the way it runs one, in the open.

The price is scoped to your environment and written out in full before you commit, with no line item waiting to surface at renewal. One team answers for the whole program, so a problem never becomes an argument between vendors. Every finding Verskop produces is graded confirmed or assessed, with a source you can check, and the risk it brings down is stated in FAIR dollars and kept current as the engagement runs. The output is a brief a board can read.
