Rampart Cybersecurity LLC was built on an old idea about service. A customer who pays for something ought to be able to rely on the people they hired without checking behind them. Plenty of companies have found they can do the least the market allows and keep the account, so long as it looks good. The parts that got skipped tend to show up later, after the customer has moved on. The firm exists to hand over the evidence with the work, so a customer can see for themselves what was done.
Where service broke
Companies learned they could profit from a customer who is not looking closely.
Confidence in business has been falling for years. Gallup's 2025 survey found that fifteen percent of Americans hold a great deal or quite a lot of confidence in big business. Edelman reported the same year that sixty-nine percent of people worry leaders in government, business, and the press are trying to mislead them, up eleven points from 2021. Customer satisfaction has gone flat over the same stretch. The national American Customer Satisfaction Index measured 76.1 in the second quarter of 2026, no higher than it stood back in 2017.
In 2022 the Federal Trade Commission published a report on the tricks companies deliberately build into their products to push people toward choices they would not make on their own. Fees can stay hidden until the final screen. A cancellation can be buried behind steps meant to wear people down. The agency found that when a price hides its fees until checkout, shoppers spend roughly twenty percent more. In 2024 the public reported more than $12.5 billion in fraud losses. By late 2024 the practice was widespread enough that the FTC issued a rule making sellers of tickets and lodging show the full price up front. All of it assumes a customer who reads every line and expects to be shortchanged. Most people paying for a service are not experts in it, and they should not have to be.

Honesty is hard to claim credibly on a website. It shows up in whether a customer can go behind the work and check it.
We would not build a business that needs a customer to miss things. Someone who hires a firm to run and defend their network has already said this is not their area, and we treat that as a duty to them. Everything we report is meant to be checked, by the customer or by an auditor or insurer acting for them, with no need to take our word for it. When the proof comes with the work, the customer can stop watching over us and focus on their own business.

How we work
Evidence a customer can verify, and one firm accountable for it.
Every finding the platform reports is labeled by how we know it. Something we observed directly is marked confirmed. Something we inferred from what we found is marked assessed, so a reader always knows which of the two they have. Each finding points to a public source, such as the NVD or CISA, that a customer can look up on their own. Rampart Cybersecurity LLC is responsible for the engagement from end to end, from the network beneath a service up to the software running on it. The firm is led by an Army veteran with degrees in cybersecurity and network engineering, who built it to work this way.
